Leadership Coaching
& Advisory

We work with founders, CXOs, and senior leaders to develop the clarity, judgment, and confidence that high-stakes leadership demands. Not theory, not frameworks. Applied leadership development built around your reality.

The most consequential investment you can make is in the quality of your own leadership

Business strategy only delivers if the leaders executing it are operating at their full capacity. The most successful executives we've worked with invest seriously in their own development, not because they lack capability, but because they understand that self-awareness, decision quality, and team leadership are learnable skills with compounding returns.

Our coaching practice works with senior leaders on the challenges that matter most: leading through uncertainty, building and scaling high-performance teams, navigating board relationships, managing stakeholder complexity, and developing the executive presence that instils confidence at every level of the organisation.

  • One-to-one executive coaching for CXOs, MDs, and founders
  • Leadership development programmes for senior leadership teams
  • Board and investor relationship coaching
  • High-potential executive acceleration programmes
  • Team dynamics and culture transformation advisory
  • Executive presence and communications development
  • Transition coaching for newly appointed leaders
  • Founder-to-CEO and founder-scaling advisory
01

Deep Diagnostic

We begin by understanding the leader in full: their history, their strengths, their patterns under pressure, and the specific challenges they are navigating right now. This is not a generic assessment. It's a genuine conversation between experienced practitioners.

02

Coaching Programme Design

Each programme is built around the individual's specific leadership context. We identify the two or three areas where development will have the greatest impact on their effectiveness and the performance of the organisation around them.

03

Sustained Engagement

Real leadership development happens over time, not in a workshop. Our programmes typically run for six to twelve months, with structured sessions, between-session assignments, and ongoing availability when critical decisions arise.

Coaching Programmes

Built around the leader, not a model

Every leader is different. Every engagement is designed from first principles around the individual's context, challenges, and growth objectives.

Individual

CXO & Founder Coaching

Intensive one-to-one coaching for chief executives, managing directors, and founders navigating scale, succession, board complexity, or significant strategic transition. Confidential. Senior practitioner-led. Results-focused.

A development programme for Directors and Senior Directors identified as future CXOs. Builds the strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and executive presence skills required to make the step up to enterprise leadership.

How We Work

Our approach to leadership development

01

Senior practitioners, not certified intermediaries

Our coaches have held leadership positions in real organisations and navigated the challenges they work on with clients. We bring direct experience, not academic frameworks. You work with someone who has led at the level you are operating at.

02

The work happens between sessions

Coaching is a catalyst, not a solution. The value is realised through what you do between sessions, the decisions you make differently, the conversations you approach with new intention, the patterns you interrupt. We design the in-between work as carefully as we design the sessions themselves.

03

Absolute confidentiality

Everything discussed in a coaching engagement remains entirely confidential. We do not report to boards, HR functions, or organisational sponsors on the content of sessions. Genuine development requires genuine safety. We protect that unconditionally.

04

Outcomes, not hours

We measure the success of a coaching engagement by the leader's changed behaviour and improved organisational outcomes, not by session count or completion certificates. We will tell you when the work is done, and when it is not.
